While working on a tight budget for this project I didnt want to drop an extra 70 or so dollars for an external dvd drive.

Instead I opted for a 16gig key drive that ended up costing around 30 and will definitely be put to use way more the a dvd drive.

Ill walk through the OSX method and the OSX86 method for you Hackintosh fiends.

For my Asus eee pc 1005ha I had to use PC EFI v9, which worked fine.

Anyway, for the last two weeks I have been trying desperately to get this working.

So, then I downloaded 1.4 10.5.5 and tried the same USB DVD install.

However, instead of continuing with the load it would stay on this screen, the DVD would stop spinning after maybe 30 seconds and then it would hang on the Apple screen forever (I let it go 20 minutes before giving up).

So, my real question is WHAT AM I DOING WRONG I am DESPERATE to make this work.

The istallation is Ok and the restart stuck ad the Apple Logo.
